Westcon Group Signs International Distribution Agreement with Veramark
TARRYTOWN, NY, June 14, 2006 -Westcon Group, Inc. announced that it has signed an international distribution agreement with Veramark (OTCBB: VERA). Under the terms of the agreement, Westcon Group will distribute Veramark's products to its Comstor, Westcon and Voda One customers effective immediately.
Veramark provides feature-rich call accounting solutions, all of which are web-based and SSL encrypted. The company has been providing an installed base of users with its telephony reporting and management solutions for over twenty years, serving both SMB and enterprise markets. Currently, Veramark's solutions are particularly attractive to companies seeking compliance with industry requirements such as HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley.
