Westcon’s VoicePoint Programme Picks Up “Best Channel Development Campaign” Award
TARRYTOWN, NY, May 24, 2006 – The multi-national distributor Westcon Group, Inc. announced that its Westcon UK subsidiary has won “Best Channel Development Campaign” at the 2006 Comms Channel Awards, an event organised jointly between Comms Business Magazine and VNU Exhibitions.
The awards ceremony was held on Tuesday 10th May at the National Motor Cycle Museum, Birmingham, with nearly 1,000 key industry figures in attendance. Westcon was chosen as the winner for having delivered channel excellence to resellers through its convergence and security program, VoicePoint.
